I had totally heard of Echosmith before but didn’t start listening to them until what must have been 2015- 2016 when I finally gave “Cool Kids “ a chance. Echosmith was my jam that year and helped me through so much and I listened to all their songs on repeat as well as Owl City , Against the Current, and Little Mix. Unfortunately Echosmith was just finishing up touring for their first album and were going into “hiding “ to write their second album and ep so I didn’t get to see them live until 2018 I think it was for their ep, but it was worth it!

I remember hearing this my senior year of high school. I had nothing I had no one. Most of my friends kinda forgot about me, I had a reputation for being a total loser, I went to prom alone and just kinda did nothing. My parents were assholes to put it bluntly and constantly told me I would have no future in anything at all. Now I'm engaged to an absolute beauty and wonderful caring kind woman living in my own house with no mortgage to pay. Doing way better. Keep strong people, if you keep working at it life will get better but you gotta put the work in.

I don't remember how i found this song, but i found it before it was on the radio in germany. I am 28 now and this song was the soundtrack of the apprenticeship of me and my best friend that time. We started 2014 and finished 2017 our class. Fuck and this is 7 years ago already that we started. I think it was the best time of our lifes so far because we had nothing really to worry about and a lot of fun during our apprenticeship. Now, 7 years later, both of us finished our studies and we are in responsible positions in two different companies. Life is not that easy anymore.
