That chattering in one's mind is the worst addiction that exists . Even worse , one cannot stand the silence and looks for distractions to satisfy the addiction to "non-silence". Meditation and contemplation (in nature) are the best means of getting over it . 🙏

The Soul is a Drop in the Eternal Ocean of Love, which is Almighty God. The Drop is in the Ocean and the Ocean is in the Drop. In reality there is no returning to the ocean because the drop has never left its home, it is only our awareness of that reality that needs to be nourished, as the peeling away of illusory forms of the mind is an arduous process and the ultimate purpose of Life.

Outstanding Video Professor Eckhart! Is the rate of refraction directly proportional to the essence of "A Priori" knowledge as "Fact?" If I take an extended period of convalescence, where does my attention lie? Properties contingent on how information is processed induce lucid thoughts as a qualitative measure of "Form", "Shape", and "Idea." "Ontological" states of the transcendental must "Trump" all facets relational to quantitative value. There is one force in this universe which humbles God. Humans refer to this form of energy as "Love." Love, by its very nature, ensures copious amounts of attention without thinking. It cannot be seen or even touched but must be felt with the heart.

🙏💖♥️💔, hi everyone, I am here again, it all seems a bit difficult to explain in detail, it seems to me that in addition to the thoughts and memories arriving by themselves🔴, like images that unfortunately I then chase and they transform like little films that become loops and repeat themselves in my head and I see them as if they were in front of my eyes as if they were happening right at that moment, like mirages, they merge with what I actually see with my eyes, as if a second layer, a second view overlapped with mine to what I see through my real eyes and as if I saw the outside world but at the same time as if there was a projector that projects the memories and thoughts in front of me and they merge together😡, the mind cannot distinguish them from reality from the present moment and the body begins to feel bad, anxiety, panic attacks, fear, etc. but then there is another thing that happens to me, the initial trigger, something I see, someone I see, a perfume, a smell, a face, a person, anything or someone I know or have known in the past that triggers the thought, the memory, the film that then becomes a loop that I then have to turn off because if I don't, the body calls me back with panic attacks and tells me to return to the present moment, my mind continually deceives me and uses any way to distract me from the present moment and then I unconsciously fall into it without realizing it🤬, all this started in the early years of life, I think, but now unfortunately it happens to me that I am often the one looking for all this and I shift my attention, my awareness, on these bad things and then I realize them and return to the present moment if it's not too late otherwise it will be the body that calls me back to order, how come it happens that I intentionally go to recall memories, thoughts, facts that happened in the past but also minutes or hours ago. All this hurts, it seems like my reason, my soul or my ego wants answers, it searches for the reason of all this but obviously I can't find the answers and then the body feels bad. Thanks for your videos they are extraordinary. In short it happens to me to relive everything seeing it as if they were before my eyes almost like hallucinations or hearing them or feeling them through my five senses, they seem more than real, it seems like I'm reliving them and then the worst is unleashed in my body and with my emotions and internal reactions, sorry for the message, I wrote it in one go. Thanks again for everything you are doing. Then all this that happens in my mind, that I see I feel as if they were in front of me make me feel emotionally and psychologically and physically another person a person that I absolutely do not like, my father or my mother or my brothers or someone with whom I spent too much time during my childhood, adolescence or even recently, it is as if I identify with them or I live through their mind their eyes or their body, I identify myself to an almost total level it is absurd all this. I am often afraid of myself or whatever it is🙏♥️💔

Hi🫶🏾. I need you to understand all this you are experiencing is not a unique experience for you. Specifically I mean seeing the thoughts, scenarios and memories as another dimension of film or images that appear over your reality and override your body causing you to snap out of the present moment and be engulfed by them and the emotions associated. This is normal, it is the ego doing what it does to everyone to maintain it's identity because if it didn't happen you would be totally present. You are normal and not unique or special because of it, you are just like us. Presence isn't meant to be easy, we all experience these challenges on our path to self realization, we just can't let them become another thing to obsess over. Thought is a muscle memory deeply engrained in you. Keep practicing, keep pulling yourself back into the present moment, and don't think you are alone and you will succeed
