I could not find a setting to prevent other members from changing the disaster settings or from triggering disasters manually. However, a workaround I found is to clear the relevant items from their inventory when they first load in or craft them. There are MAJOR issues with this Add-On in Realms Servers. If you leave your world during a disaster, such as a tornado, the script can malfunction. The game then mistakenly believes the disaster is already active after rejoining, which leads to a broken Add-On where the disaster controller fails to work, and no disasters can spawn naturally. Currently, there is no way to fix this. Additionally, many Add-Ons remain invisible to other players at random when activated. These problems need to be highlighted to urge Mojang to address them. While the Add-Ons may work well in single-player mode, they encounter compatibility issues with Realms Servers.
