After watching your video, purchased this to do my own testing and this is what I discovered. Unfortunately I think the chest sorter is kind of an entity. When imputed the kill command, I checked the game chat and saw that the chest sorter was killed along with chest sort sensor, sorter buttons, the panel and interact box but they return after 1 second. Also I added the health bars addon to do further testing and apparently when you sort your chests healthbars show above the chests for 1 second and disappear. I hope this helps.

I feel like the free inventory management one is better in every way. All they have to do is add a loadout update, and its a no-brainer.

I think this one is better than the free one, there's more customization, but no one seems to agree but I digress, I'd give this one a 6/10, since it just released, and that kinda stuff.

I feel like this add-on is unnecessarily complicated. The free addon basically does the same with more simplicity. What is lacking is a crafting table that uses items stored in nearby chests to craft things (just like the workbench in Stardew Valley)

These auto sorter add-ons ALWAYS miss one needed feature. There should be a 'Assigned Sorter' option for the inventory, hotbar, and nearby chests/shulkers/bundles. Same features as normal (more or less), but it takes into account where you manually place items. EXAMPLES: :Inventory: If I place my tools into certain slots, then that's where they stay when sorted. I keep a stack of ender chests in my 1st slot, followed by my weapons and tools in a certain order. If I could lock slots to certain items (like torches), then auto sorters would be useful. :Hotbar: Same thing as before, but applied to the hotbar. That way my redstone shulker or food bundle is always available. Added bonus would be the auto-sorter removing items from shulkers and bundles for me, as I use them (food, torches, redstone, etc). And placing them into them when I pick up more than a stack for a slot. :Storage: This could easily remove the need to build auto-sorters. If I could lock a chest, barrel, shulker, enderchest, and bundles within them to only hold one type of item per row, then there would be no need for hopper and water conveyors. Farms could become simplified. Auto-sorters become wireless one button presses. Not to mention how useful it would be if we applied it to the crafter. No more worries of accidently creating iron bars, chains, and pressure plates when iron farms can't keep up with the auto-crafters.

This seems awesome, with the range it would be cool if they put like an upgradable version of the chest totem in so add diamonds to make the range more etc

I always have a system in my inventory! Right in my hotbar is a water bucket. Above in the inventory is the second water bucket. In the second slot from the right are building blocks. In the inventory above are multiple building block stacks in a „tower“. And so on, everything has its place in my inventory 😂😅 So an Addon like this would basically destroy my sorting system😂
