Peter's last words of the episode have me wondering of he's a bit more than a modified android/artificial person. It may have been a throwaway joke but Peter completely dropped his android speech mannerisms when he said "Baxter Beta's an asshole" and walked away. It makes me wonder if someone's consciousness was transferred into an android's body or something similar.

My fan theory: that “Dogs and guns” simulation 2:54:50 not only is a thing, but also is invaluable training for Lord Kingsley! 🐶 Here’s my headcanon for it: it was initially designed for the spacefleet K-9 units to strengthen the bond between their working dogs and handlers and teach them all sorts of things: starting form basic agility and obedience, through conventional terrestrial tasks like search and rescue or guarding, and to some really specialized skills like advanced space adaptation, EVA in dog space suits, searching concealed prohibited cargo in boarded spacecraft, learning all tricks of bite work in microgravity against armed opponents and even be familiar with a concept of alien life - just in case. After all, you don’t want your doggo to freak out. Run that simulation and our interstellar bulldog will become such a good boi he will put all modern malinois mondioring champions to shame 🐺

That’s possibly the most evil and mean cackle I’ve ever heard. I get she’s at the edgy rationalist (TM) we were at when we were 12 years old and still thinks it’s edgy but holy heck that made me cringe. A simple no, thank you. Or a what does an oracle do, or even a history check to see if that’s this universes version of a navigator (ala Dune universe) would have sufficed. But extremely obnoxiously loud cackling for ten minutes straight was hard to endure.
