Guys, I think the saddest thing about that alternate universe is: The reason why Eclipse lost in our timeline is because Lunar betrayed him, right? If Eclipse won in the other timeline, that means that Lunar DIDN’T betray him. But Lunar is *dead* in that alternate timeline. Which means Lunar DIDN’T betray his brother and even helped him get the Newton star, but Eclipse STILL decided to kill him Ouch.

@@juliewhite5085 You know, I’m kind of wondering if the people who are in charge of this story (Not sure if it’s sun and moon’s actors or someone else, idk) were originally planning for THIS to be reality, but they decided that it would be too difficult for things to go back to normal, so instead they decided to make it an AU since they didn’t want to nerf the sun and moon show lol It’s probably a way of them showing us what they had planned, but also showing why they couldn’t have an “all hope is lost” part of the original story.

Well Monty of that universe remembered Lunar and Monty even mentioned him making Bloodmoon in that universe. If anything something changed during the fight between either Eclipse and Bloodmoon, or the altercation between Eclipse and Sun in the mindscape.

@@kiwiqueen138 it certainly could be? But i do kinda doubt it.... I mean humanity in general craves stories that happily or give hope for the future. When Eclipse took over in October, that was pretty much the worst thing that could happen at that point and with Moon in pain the ONLY thing we had in our favor was that he didnt have the star. If after a month of the "Bad Ending" with Lunar and Monty slowly bringing some hope back ALSO ended in failure, it would be too much. You basically created a story without hope and not only is that not entertaining, but it also isnt what humans crave in fiction. We deal with bullshit our whole lives. We want our stories to overcome that. (holy shit sorry about the tangent I get carried away with analyzing story meta XD)

This definitely shows a lot of character growth for both Moon and Lunar. And it was interesting to see Eclipse admit that he has so much in common with Sun. What Eclipse is forgetting in terms of the witherstorm, though, is that in addition to swords and shields, Sun and Moon also had each other. Eclipse has no one. Admittedly though I do have to compliment him on his new look. That design was pretty cool.

@@juliewhite5085 Around when Lunar came out to talk with Eclipse, and Eclipse said he found someone who was "better" and "so much more like me." He doesnt directly mention Sun, but Sun is the only one he has allowed close to him in this world, and if you look back on some of Eclipse's actions in October--needing to be precise, wanting to be in control of his surroundings, being the one who insists the daycare is kept clean even though Lunar (who is the one that actively likes taking care of the kids) doesnt see the point in it... This is extremely similar to Sun's own tendencies and behaviors. So while he doesnt directly name Sun here, I think it is at least strongly implies that is who he is talking about. Not to mention the fact that he even bothered keeping Sun around in the first place after he got his own body.

@@saffrona_kate2183 it wasnt so much that he directly said it as it was heavily implied from his discussion with Lunar (somewhere around 4:20-ish?) and seeing the similarities between him and Sun from some of his actions in previous videos. Though I suppose he also could have been talking about Foxy given that the alternate Monty did mention Foxy helping him. But given that Sun is the one he actually allowed near him in his library, I am pretty sure the implication is that he was talking about Sun.

It didn't surprise me at all that Eclipse got bored with what he created. He literally created a parody of the real world, a world without challenges, without fun. No wonder he got bored. The fact that only the arrival of Moon and Lunar made him not bored even for a moment confirms the fact that his plan did not make sense from the beginning. I admire Lunar. Very. He stood face to face with the beast that had hurt him so many times and shouted everything that should have gotten through to her. Regardless of whether the monster wanted to listen or not. Lunar thus freed himself from who he was supposed to be at the very beginning. He became someone completely different, someone better, someone we all love 🥰

This episode was really entertaining to watch, this little series was amazing to watch! Lunars laugh at the end at 10:31 it's so cute And at 5:09 when Eclipse asks Moon to just give him Lunar then he would let Moon go, I love the fact that moon didn't agree to it because that means that he does truly care about Lunar and if Eclipse was given that deal he would have probably given Lunar away to go to safety. He's already been told a 'deal' to kill Lunar for the star and he didn't say no so why would he say no to literally giving him away? 10/10 episode will watch again ⭐

. . .I'm speechless, it's like, I have words. . .but I have no idea what to fvckin' say- The lore. . .the storyline, it's just all perfection, I love it so much, this episode definitely tops the last couple of VRchat episodes. I don't know how to exactly describe it, it just goes more in depth, like, we got to see Eclipse's full transformation (which by the way, I could not help but to LAUGH because I thought he would have looked more menacing. Then again when is he every scary?) and we also got to see a full conversation from him and Moon, but LUNAR TELLING OFF ECLIPSE WAS DEFINITELY THE HIGHLIGHT OF THIS EPISODE. NO ONE WILL EVER BE LUNAR'S BIGGEST CHEERLEADER ASIDE FROM ME ! 😭 But anyways, I'm glad Moon and Lunar were able to make it back to their original dimension, although NOW they're experiencing another issue within their body, which I hope they will be able to solve somehow- And finally, the ending was the second highlight of this video, that computer AI gives absolutely NO FVCKS when it talks. It just says what it wants and I am LIVING for it- 💀

So we've finally reached the end of the alternate world arc, thank goodness! It's good to have Moon and Lunar back home where they belong, but I'm really worried about them. Are the effects of overloading that dimensional chip temporary, or could they have permanently messed up the two of them? And I'm glad both Moon and Lunar got to have one final dig at Eclipse, especially for Lunar's sake. It must have felt pretty cathartic, and hopefully it will help him as he continues to heal! Plus, I am *very* glad to know "Lord Eclipse" is at the mercy of a Wither Storm. Due karma for putting Sun and Moon through that so long ago. Also, I'm confused. Did I miss Moon going to find Vanny? Was that an episode hosted on another channel, or did they not show that on screen?

That.. was.. I n s a n e. Eclipse's final form was awesome looking, but boy, the argument Moon and Lunar had with him was nuts. Eclipse really made his 'perfect' world and was just utterly bored there with nothing much to do. He actually wanted this version of Lunar to stay and let Moon leave free, he may claim he not to care about him.. but the fact he wanted Lunar around says otherwise. Along with the fact he says he 'freed' the place of struggle is such a fat lie, he's the only one not struggling cause he's 'god' in that world, he's such a nut job that he can't realize his ideals and views don't line up right. Like Moon said, it's basic, normal behavior for Humans to be flawed. To make mistakes, it's all apart of who we are, we have to make mistakes so we can continue to grow and mature as a person, making the world ourselves 'perfect' in our own way! ..It's really a darn shame that this Eclipse too can't realize that. Thank goodness we hopefully won't see him, hopefully never thanks to the wither storm. And to think- That their Eclipse is still alive and with Bloodmoon, other than revenge probably on his mind, wanting this 'perfect' world still too.. Sun, Moon and Lunar better be ready when the time comes for those guys to appear. Fingers crossed they make sure they win in the future again against them.

@b Honestly Lunar is quite a laughable character. They pose no real threat and are probably weighting sun and moon down if anything. His trauma from Eclipse can be easily exploited to anyone's advantage- He was created to be obedient and if they can't even do that right what are they good at? (I sound like a fucking edgelord rn) What I'm saying is, they are physically and utterly useless, much like a pen without ink. Eclipse was that ink showing their reaction in this episode they have atleast some fight in them, which if we're going back to the pen, was fueled by trauma that came from Eclipse. Without the ink as fuel a pen is useless. Without Eclipse's trauma as fuel, Lunar is useless it sounds bad ik- And I do feel a slight bit of remorse after seeing the extent of the trauma in their therapy session with monty. That's all I'll be saying for now, it's 6:04am currently so I'll probably hate this later but oh well.

I'm glad my prediction about Sun traveling to that shattered world and getting kidnapped by the AU Eclipse was totally wrong! Thank goodness I was wrong about that! Our Sun wouldn't been able to handle the mistreat once he gotten kidnapped! And at least they don't have to worry about fixing that universe because it'll get eaten. Hopefully Bloody is still away during that whole misadventure!

ok oik, I gonna say, this feel like an amazing close to a lot fo things and an amazing start of an new adventure! so, I maybe think too highly of eclipse.. this is the guy who eats way too self centred to notice when people it's lying on his face.. so Moon indeed doesnt care, not going to blame him, that world was lost, but the fact that Eclipse was still an idiot and really was so bored made things better, he never changed, he just made a ugly copy of a world .. Moon having the inteligence and to bring back an cosmic terror he himself fear one time was smart! and amazing too! Moon its not just a smarty pants, he is a deadly robot ,, but hes still a robot.. and now that hes out for a short time, its when things may get .. funky~~~ Lunar finally being able to just speak up his mind was wonderful, not only for out entertainment, but! psychologically speaking, this is the closure he needs , the final nail in the coffin to finally move on , start to heal and gain come confidence on himself!

I've said it before, I will say it again. I love Lunar. He's great. And yeah. Moon, you're right. Eclipse is a bit... Of a lesser and not at all intimidating being. But... Sadly he is right about the world being messed up. But Moon you are also correct. The people here are out through so much stuff that a good many people know what to do. This is one of those things I love about this channel. Not afraid to confront topics and face them head on, while making it all entertaining.

Glad to have you and Lunar back Moon! I think you really need to involve Sun with your work more, this way if something like this happens again in the future, it'll be handled better. Although, meeting this Eclipse made me think of something... Eclipse is such a narcissistic megalomaniac that he would probably first try to hunt down that world's Eclipse to clear out the competition... Then I realized that's how you get rid of Eclipse. Take the remaining back ups, put them in bodies, and wake them up. Hear me out, hear me out, there's no hivemind, each Eclipse would be an individual entity. Meaning, that they'll all believe they are the true Eclipse and that they have to wipe out the others to secure their reign. They'll all kill each other just to be on top. All you have to do is sit back, pour yourself some oil, eat some bolts drizzle in... I dunno what your equivalent of butter is, lubricant? And watch as the Eclipse purge goes on. Of course that's just my thoughts, I have been wrong before.

I find it so interesting that in this universe Eclipse felt the need to prepare battle armor and some sort of elaborate scheme when it comes to Moon. He really must have been bored, considering that if Eclipse genuinely saw Moon as a threat or an obstacle he could have wiped him out with the star. I'm curious for the star modifications, since the topic was only touched very briefly we truly have no idea what this alternate Eclipse is capable of. I'm so so happy for Lunar too, I feel like he's accomplished a big step in overcoming his trauma. Both Lunar and Moon were surprisingly prepared considering they were stuck in a universe that rendered them nearly useless. Their character development is so obvious in this episode and their personalities contrast greatly against Eclipse's, who clearly hasn't evolved past his original AI as Lunar put it. This is my first time commenting on this channel, but I have so much to say and I'm so hyped for what's next!!

Ok two things that hurt and confuse me (kinda, manily hurts me) 1: Eclipse lost bc Lunar helped Sun and Moon and betrayed the Parasite, but in this world Eclipse won and got the Star. Which means Lunar never betrayed him and saw him as a brother, so imagine the pain and betrayal it must have caused to be LITERALLY stabbed in the back He helped Eclipse, then the Parasite decided "Thanks for the help, see you never" Like we all knew that was what would have happened anyway, but to see a world where it ACTUALLY happened is sad 2: Why did the Parasite keep Sun around? Like he Killed off Lunar and Moon (and probably many others), but kept Sun by his side? In one episode, back in October, when Eclipse was making Moon feel pain whenever Lunar moved, he said something like: "Well this is what you did to Sun whenever you took control. I'm only doing what you did to him, so ig we're the same" (or something like that) Which makes me think, is there a ACTUALLY reason to why Eclipse kept Sun around, and even deemed him better then Lunar? Don't get me wrong i adore Sun (Him and Lunar are my favourites) But why keep Sun of all people, WHY WOULD ECLIPSE OF ALL PARASITES CHOOSE SUN TO STAY BY HIS SIDE!? He erased Sun's mind (which he could've probably done the same for Moon and Lunar) which changed Sun Personality COMPLETELY for all we know Why erase Sun's mind and keep him around and noone else? That's my biggest question atm and it make me sad with all the theories I'm getting in my head on why

Sunny is one of the best big brothers for Lunar! Caring for them instantly upon their return and going to their side to aid them! Asking to know if both are still active. Being as careful as he could with Lunar as he powered off. Poor thing. Sunrise, you could have called Monty to help pick up Moon/Lunar! Yeah, yeah, the gator had complained about the dead weight of the body before, aside from that he still had managed to get them home safely that night! And I'm sure he'd rush over to help out being his friends need help getting up to their room. Aw, it's cute to imagine Sun tucked Moon in his bed after getting him upstairs and getting him charging. I'm sure the duo will be charging for a while! That overloading of that chip drained their power more than Lunar's glow had! Lol! I still hope Monty killed that creeper fox!
