Villa Karlsson is a compact yet thoughtfully designed summerhouse in Bua, a picturesque fishing village on Sweden’s west coast. Blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings, the house features black pine tar wood paneling, a sedum roof, and expansive windows that connect it to the landscape. The interior includes two bedrooms, a sauna with ocean views, a bespoke kitchen, and a guesthouse. Designed for all seasons, it offers insulation against winter storms and sun protection for warm summers. This sustainable retreat harmonizes modern comfort with nature, creating a serene coastal escape.
