I think he meant European homes could use some of the features this home has. Filtration systems, high ceilings to prevent heat build up, water collection systems and use of materials that are produced locally. Just few things right on top of my head, shortly after watching the video.

8kw of eletricity alone will cost about 10 lakhs. 600 trees and landscaping take about 2 years of investment and time..the stones and bricks used though locally available are of very high quality and extensive. the construction of this house should cost atleast 3 crores.. land pirce may vary from 1 crore to 20 crore, not sure how far from city this is..

don't buy the hype of lithium ion mostly marketed by american corporations, lead acid is by far the most cost effective way for power storage with very good recyclibility. I myself run a solar installation on my roof with lead-acid batteries and have zero issues.

Think the amount of energy and time to maintain this house, apart from that how energy is obtain during monsoon, and how water is obtain during summer, and the amount of insects and reptiles visit this home and many more problems, but still great home loved it.

Buddy they have battery storage room which is to store energy for later use, and the rain water harvest collected in the water tanks just from the rainy season is more than enough for the whole years consumption (if you’re interested, read on how much water can be harvested from a square foot length) and the eco system indeed cuts down the maintenance and obviously any thing one loves should be taken care of and in here, the overall maintenance charge would be less than the bills of a normal house and a whole lot of peace✌️

@@tusharjadhav3250 How much money one can invest is a personal ability and that varies. To protect the nature is a prime concern. To that, no need to invest a huge money, like this one. A middle class family can not afford to have such house. There are many ways to be a eco friendly homes. Just you have to leave a lavish life style. Would you like to live in a small town? That too off-grid? My friend, I have installed 3 KVA on grid solar unit and that cost me 3 lacs excluding subsidy. Imagine what costing required for building this so-called eco home. A sewage system costs for a 4 member family is just around 2-3 lacs. Water supply system costs atleast 2-3 lacs for such house. Do you know what is the cost of construction per sq ft?

It's actually not expensive. I'm a green building consultant and you just spend 15-20% more but you save more than 60% of your lifetime energy cost
