Any issues with making a permanent connection to RV start battery? Can't imagine 14.4V from Alternator would effect this device. Seem the PWM controller would think the battery is charged even though a charged FLA is 12.6V roughly.

Im also using the same solar panels you have a video on eco worthy 100 watts im running 4 100 pannels and went with the renogy 40 rover charger also and my wires connecting bsttwry to battery are pute copper 4 Guage but the wires from one end of batteries positive side to my inverter an negative from other ebd of set of batteries negative to inverter are ran exactly like you did so im noy running boyj negative and positive off of ssme battery but the wirrd going from batteries to inverter are and i made sure tgey was pure copper an not copper coated i used double ought wire used in welding applications so i went suoer big on feeding power frim battery to inverter so what could be causing my batteries to not ever fully charge to max they seem to only charge up as high as 13.2 no higher than 13.6 and once i tirn tv an use microwave fir maby 3 min power gird to 12.6 immediately an within maby 6 hirs of use i will be all esy down to 11.9
