Very usefull content for new user like me. At 21:31 after X-Boost there is a Battery. And also the charge/Discharge limit. There is non in my Apps. I m using Oppo and already update the apps. please advice, thanks. For the weight and fan sound to me is not a big issue. I m very happy with the product.

Why does the hours keep dropping and going up

Because base on the usage output power. Fluctuation when normally using it. That's why hours go up & down.

Why doesn’t anyone address the elephant in the room , The box shows picture with 4 outlets yet yours only has 3 , Same as the Australian one I just recently , purchased Box 4 and mine 3

Maybe different region different manufacture different outlets. 3 pin plug size is bigger than 2 pin plug.
