I am having an issue unlocking products, even after submitting the invoice. I only receive this message: "We closed this case because you have submitted applications multiple times without providing new, updated, or required information. To appeal this decision, reply to this message and provide new documents for us to review. Do not submit a new application." I believe they are not even looking at the documents I send. What can I do?

I still dont understand my issue on my handmade seller account. They picked one item in my inventory adn asked a list of questions about it. I answered them but still dont seem to be enough for amazon. I make the products and provided videos and photos but still not enough information. What else do I need to address? Maybe I needed to aplogize but I still don't know what I did wrong? They justs picked an item out and asked me to provide how I make them and how many products do I make a week and so forth. I answered their questions but did not apologize or do things better. But I dont know what better I need to do. Please help.

I do not own or know about the other account, but after my third appeal they give me the name of the owner, i contact him and we discover that we only thing in common is that we share the 3pl. Hi, Amazon has deactivated my seller account as well under Section 3 but the issue is I sold just one product for testing 3-4 months ago.
