its super clear in video ..freezone license to do trading outside UAE as mentioned at the end of video so it will not work to sell online ..coz selling online means u sell inside UAE

When you are selling on Amazon or any other marketplace then the marketplace is acting as your distributor in the UAE. So yes you can use an e-commerce license from a freezone to sell on Amazon

Krystel, Regarding your question about UAE company worth all over the Amazon globe is good. But answer should be more clear. When you switch to any other marketplace like from UAE to UK then you must have UK Ltd company. Even moving from UAE to KSA you must have a KSA company. Regarding amazon you can sell in KSA & USA with out setting up a company. But for UK must have Ltd company. And regarding private label business you must have company in the region where you are going to sell the products. Thanks

The only disadvantage I can think of is the difficulty of obtaining approval to open a bank account

In UK a licence is delivred only for selling prohibited products. Otherwise we have only a certificate of incorporation but Amazon rejected this document. Thank you for the video! But 1 thing is still not quite clear. If my company is registerd in a free zone and i bring some goods there, say, from China, i dont pay any import duty and VAT, right? But then, when i send them to Amazon's fulfillment (they have it in the same free zone where my company is located), should I arrange full import customs clearance with paying all the duties/taxes? Or should i just send goods to Amazon anf they'll take care of everything?

The reason why I chosen UAE Dubai free zone as my company formation incorporation and business licese instead of Dubai Mainland company is Because of cost of company formation incorporation and registration is much cheap low cost and less legal requirement compared to Dubai Mainland company
