you should use library like requests (urllib) or httpx from where you can perform get or post request to url endpoint and read the response. docs.python-requests.org/en/latest/user/quickstart/

Esewa takes around 20K(not confirmed) for the API. Developer charge may starts from Rs. 5K - ... for integration depending upon the system/platform/framework/developer.
