There is one area that no one talks about is working on the areas which give bad image to India which are city planning, waste management and traffic management. Its high time the government changes the way these things are planned, executed and monitored. This can be started as a pilot project in a smaller city with relatively low population such as Noida, Gurugram or Pune. Learning from the success of this pilot project, these reforms can be rolled out to all tier 1 cities first and then other cities in phased manner. This could increase the quality of life of an average citizen, boost productivity and help improve India's global image of filthy and unorganised cities.

Instead of a general list beurucracy specialists with 3 to 5 yrs in MNCs foreign companies or large Indian companies must be inducted on contracts for 3 to 5 years

The only reform India needs is government salaries should be 2 times at max the national average. And every politicians and bureaucrat can only go to the nearest government hospital for treatment and his children can only be admitted to nearest government school and college. And they should only be allowed to travel on roads they so much boast about are rivalling US roads which are also of questionable quality. Also retail user imports should also be allowed. So that if some individual wants to order something from Chinese e-commerce sites should be allowed to do so because incompetent Indian industrialists can't provide Indians with low prices and reasonably good quality products. That's the only way to reform India.

No reforms will work unless Electoral , bureaucratic Judicial police reforms are not carried out . The system of Dubai , Singapore developed countries need to be followed instead of following Colonial systems rules with vested interests .
