sir, you wrote speculative demand for money rises when the current rate of interest is low and people are expecting it to rise, but you say that it falls when the current int rate is low and vice versa. Actually, the speculative demand for money will rise when the current rate on interest is low as people demand more hard cash money as they speculate the interest rate to rise and when it actually rises they can invest in FD or other interest-returning deposits. That is why there is an inverse relationship between them, the current interest rate and the speculative demand for money. 29:33 38:07
