Hi Just one Question Taking Debt is understood as he needs 5 Lakh but when he is already having Rs 5 Lakh share then what is the point of involving or submitting in Equity shares( having more number of equity shareholders will divide the profit ultimately. So its better that he does not have equity shareholders).Infact it will lead to sharing of more dividend and can ultimately result in having less dividend (the one holding 20 percent)

Yes...you can refer them but with some precautions like in case of CPI, WPI, IIP lectures the base year has changed...so refer video for concept and whenever there is any data cross check them...simple..I am doing the same thing!!!
