Hi, Thanks for the full review. I am confused between this product and MacTuering robot which has rotating mop pads. Both priced at 28k. How is the mopping performance of N20 pro when compared with other robot which has rotating mop pads. In other vidoe i saw that rotating mop pads are more efficient in mopping compared to flat mop pads. Pls share your inputs

An OVERLOOKED aspect in reviews is WHEEL TRACTION . Especially with the Downward Pressure Applied? ) How is it at different levels of mopping (especially on average glossy Tiles) after a week or two ? )Does it take the same duration or more as wheels start to slip and become less efficient? ) Is there any difference when compared to the trajectory of only vaccuming in the uploaded map? Did you face similar issues on your previous robots? Know any easy fix? TYVM

@@cravatenoire3269 hi •I am impressed with the mopping dose a good job but one down to it I won’t get any message saying the water is empty in the tank. •about the duration it is taking less time than before • I am not getting the message saying the dust bin has to be cleaned I don’t know why

Very good and honest review sir. How long does the mopping pad last. Is there any instructions when to replace mopping pad and filter? Also I don’t see any spare mopping pads and filters listed in Amazon. How to buy?

@@maheshbhat8621 hi sir in the box u get one extra mopping pad it would last for 6 months and the filter can be cleaned and replace easily and all the spares are available in their website

Sir, I've been browsing thru robot vacuum cleaners and have zeroed on this product. Your video has helped me in finalizing my choice. Thank you Sir. One clarification I wanted from you Sir. Did u order this one from Amazon? If yes, was battery included in the purchase? Because this product available in Amazon shows battery not included. Do we have to externally buy? Sir I bought it from Amazon for 28 thousand battery was included in my purchase sir and I have some negatives with the product has u have decided to buy it is my duty to mention sir, previously I was using MI robot in that once the dustbin is full I would get a notification saying that the dustbin is full and needs to be cleaned in this I don’t get any notification and the same with the water tank also once the water is empty it won’t send any notification this I felt a negative but rest it is doing great sir hope this helped u sir thank you sir.

@@Vini10-z7f hi sir some flaws like won't get any promt message or notification saying the dust bin is full do u have to manually check the same with the water reservoir also no notification.
