I also got an answer from Ecovacs and it is disappointing that they advised me to exchange the T10+ for the more expensive Omni to get the two-way audio communication. The answer was also vague but I'm hoping the US will get that feature soon and they fix the object recognition. From several days of experience, it seems it will only recognize and avoid items if they are 3 or 4 inches taller. And if a furniture has a 4 inch below clearance, the T10 will keep trying to go under but it can't because of the sensor on top. The vacuum cleans and looks nice but two very important features that they advertise don't work or (maybe) not available in certain countries.

I just saw the video for the Eco Vac’s Company atT 1000. That you are representing right now. I have never seen a rap robot vacuum cleaner this cool. I can’t believe all the features this thing has. There’s a couple of things that stand out that I like. Number one it mops the floor. I do have the Eco Vac’s Company 500. But unfortunately it doesn’t do the floor like that it doesn’t mop it. I like the fact that it has a bag in the vacuum cleaner so when you pull the bag out. You don’t have to worry about dust particles. Unfortunately with mine that’s one thing I have to be concerned about. When I tried to clean it out a lot of times I get dust on my clothes and I have to wipe it off. But the robot vacuum cleaner that I have really does do a great job on my house the first time I ever used it and my mother saw it. It really clean my carpets really really good. So good in fact that my mother said that my robot vacuum cleaner. Clean the carpets to the point where they look like they were brand new.. I also like the fact that it can detect objects. And go around them. I do have a pet myself. And I have to pick up her toys quite a bit. So the vacuum cleaner doesn’t suck them up or something. I love all the features that this vacuum cleaner has I like the fact that it has a camera on it. This thing sounds so cool. And on top of that it has an air freshener. Excuse me? That’s awesome.

This seems to have very low maintenance other than occasionally removing hair from the roller brush, I love the little cleaning look it comes with to take it right out in seconds. That and filling the water tank/ replacing mop pad when necessary which also takes seconds 😁

I personally prefer the Roboroc S7VMax Ultra because it's mop system is much better compared to this robot for 300 dollars more. It mops better and Wipes more dirt. And it automatically empties and cleans the water and Mop pad on the robot

you still have to take off mop pads to vacuum it is pointless better off with this t10plus and a shark steam and scrub mop for less then the robovac s7...

@@eddyg6528 s7 VMax Ultra doesn’t require for you to take off mop pad to vacuum as it raises the mop pad when it’s vacuuming carpets. You do need to take it off if you have high pile carpets though.

It's actually not 300 dollars more it's 700 dollars more because this one is always on sale for $699 while the MaxV Ultra is $1,399 and is almost never on sale. The Roborock mop system is Not better than this one in that it has a small sonic mop in the middle of the pad to scrub the floor while this one's whole housing moves at a faster rate to mop the floor. The rising mop pad on the Roborock only clears 4mm which is virtually No rug out there. I've seen videos where it won't even clear a low to medium pile rug and makes it wet. The Roborock is a great Vacuum/Mop combo at a premium price but if you want the best bang for your buck this Ecovacs t10 is no doubt the way to go. Lastly Comparing the MaxV ultra to this model Ecovacs is not applicable. the model you would compare it to is the Ecovacs X1 Omni.
