Its a piece of crap. I bought one ands its the worst $2,500 i ever spent. My $800 dreame is WAY better. My X2 spins around in circles and spent 2 hours cleaning 2 rooms.. badly.

yes I heard the same from many bought the X2 delivered now and it became useless ...it looks like Ecovacs software issue. It is the shame that they made the mistake for theitr flagship product...someone would be fired for sure this is hiliarious an X2 spin around and so dumb to navigate to vacuum LoL!!

Me too. My RoboRock is more more better than this crap... I have RoboRock S7 MaxV Ultra... One year old machine better then this shlllt

@@alfredallroad Yep both my Roborock and Dreame are soooo much better than this thing. This thing is an embarrassment. Then I have clowns coming along and commenting "you're dumb it's just mapping" 🤦 No, it's fatally FLAWED! Even after MULTIPLE mapping cycles it's still a piece of crap.
