I lost my grandmother and the feeling of regret that I didn't see her more often still haunts me, but knowing that your grandfather lived to the fullest with his love ones around is the best anyone can ask for in life. You and your family will always be in my prayers. I lost my grandmother at the age of 98. It was hard but I kept telling myself, it was a long and full life she lived. Death is never easy, it breaks the heart. Just know that there are so many ppl around you showering you with love, support and sympathy. I commit to praying for your grandfather, your family & you Whitney (P.S. I've been praying for you & your spirit for a very long time - years). So many people say 'I'll pray' but then they get wrapped up in their own lives - I've done it myself - but I can say I have prayed numerous prayers for you for over 4 years. So, I want to pray right here below and if anyone wants to join in, please read along. The Bible says that 'when two or more of us come together, His will Will be done' so, let's do this together. Before I do, you mentioned Psalm 23 in the Bible (Oh that Psalm is one of courage but also brings tears). My favorite chapter of the Bible is Hebrews 12 and my favorite verse is Hebrews 12:1...it is SO BEAUTIFUL and motivating to me: 'Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us THROW OFF everything that hinders & the sin that so easily entangles and LET US RUN with perseverance the race marked out for us'. In other words, we are all witnessing one another's lives so let us throw off guilt, shame, envy, worthlessness, fear, sadness....and RUN with perseverance the race that God designed you to run. I think people hold onto shame and all of that sin like badges of honor - they cling to it. THROW IT OFF - RUN - with perseverance b/c none of us were ever meant to carry it. We are whole - worthy - confident - courageous - BRAVE - and filled with so much LOVE. Let's shine the spotlight on those things! Let's pray: Dear God, I lift up Whitney to you Lord. She is hurting - her heart is hurting beyond what we can really understand. Let her know that she is loved & adored by You - by her friends - and especially by her grandfather. And Lord, you know her grandfather is lying in a hospital bed at 97. Please give him Your Peace that surpasses our understanding. Fill that hospital room with love & healing Lord. Lord, I am praying for healing and more years of life for her grandfather here but I know that is what 'we' want. I want what YOU want Lord most. Thank you for Lord for giving him not only life for all of these years but a healthy spirit. I just ask that you bring comfort to Whitney Lord and surround her with Your Love. I ask that you gather the exact people that you know are best to hold her hand and walk with her through this. And Lord, I ask you to remove the people that You know are not best to be around her through this. I ask that you bring HOPE to Whitney's dad's heart - fill him with hope for his dad's healing and life.I ask that Your Will be done and no matter what that outcome is, because we surrendered it to you, we know that Whitney's grandfather is in the best care, Your care. Because of this, I pray that any worries are washed away by any of her family and her grandfathers friends. Please protect him Lord and bring Him love every moment through this. I ask all of this in Your Son Jesus's Name, Amen.

Oh Whitney I'm sorry your Grampa is ill. Prayers for him and you. I cried for the first 11 minutes of this video. I just lost my Gramma in June. I am so grateful I rushed to her bedside and had an awesome visit with her on her last lucid day. I feel your heart pain :( Also, can you please tell Jason for me, thank you for being such a good friend to you? It gives those of us who can't help be there for you, comfort that you have an awesome person to help you through hard times. Lastly, today I'm mad at the thumbsdownerer. Who the eff does that on a video you share about losing loved ones??? A-hole!!!! I'm so choked.. All the other times I thought it was nothing serious & they think their funny etc...but now!!!!???? Even if they don't watch the video, to thumbs down a crying person asking for prayers? ......real nice.....just shows how ppl hide beside their screen (sorry had to vent). Xoxo Whitney big hugs.
