I primarily use a 10” Dutch Oven with my rocket stove. I found that when I cut the legs off the oven that it worked much better and required less heat and fuel. Also charcoal briquettes are great for slow cooking, just close the larger door and control the burn rate with the smaller door. One of my best investments for outdoor cooking and heating water.

I have a metal BBQ table and cook sitting down. Don't forget the radio& coffee. My new favorite toy.

Great review! I have this stove and it works well. So little wood is needed to keep it going.

Loved watching this review. Our family has one and it definitely was a great investment. I love that it accepts so many different types of biomasses depending on what a person may have on hand, and it is so efficient as well as being pretty safe, all things considered.

It really is one of the most ideal ways to cook! Even just to keep the hands warm, it does a good job.

Been contemplating one of these for a while. Morgan can you get a Dutch oven hot enough to bake in it ??

Great review. I have the Versa stove and love it. I’m about to buy a cast iron Dutch oven with feet. What size oven fits the stove ? Thanks!

Omgoodness.. I have one of these.. Mines orange..& it is THE BEST device to take camping..take to an outdoor event ANYTHING really! You can use ANYTHING for fuel..even charcoal..but it burns for a LONG time! Both of my daughters asked me for one for their Xmas gift last year! And basically everyone who has been with me while using it has bought one.. One thing to tell peeps..it's VERY durable..it's a "no assembly" device..just the little rack that it comes with..we cooked with it..used it for a firespot for warmth and then put on a big camp kettle with water..filled everyone's hot water bottles for sleep heat! It's literally a "just take this" for anything/everything device.. Next morning toss some sticks in it and big fire again. Note! I went and bought the metal circle hot water tank tray $14 for it to sit into.and it fits perfectly with the little rack.

This stove is a pleasure to use if you use a few tools. Spray bottle of starter fluid, corn chip as starter fuel charcoal, sticks. I fire it up go p and it's ready to Cook.

Smaller sticks burn hotter , larger lower and slower. Give you more control on what your needs are .
