ECQ Food Series Part 4 “Strawberry Cream Pie with Lychee Jelly”

Now we are trying dessert, I used frozen strawberry and made it a mixture to include whip cream and to top it off we have lychee jelly. Truly a new recipe and sweet combination of strawberry and jelly. You can also cut your set lychee jelly and combine it to the strawberry mixture before layering it out to your crust for a new texture. Hope you’ll enjoy!
