In normal, comfortable driving conditions, the valve remains closed and exhaust gases are directed through the channels of the muffler, where sound reduction takes place. To open the exhaust, simply pressing the "valve open" button on the remote key fob unleashes a straight-through, raw, unedited exhaust symphony.
Each system is available with your choice of either chrome or black chrome, clamp-on, "pivoting" exhaust tips that accentuate this expertly assembled exhaust system with a perfect finish. With clamps securing each tube in position and allowing multiple degrees of rotation in combination with our ECS Swivel Exhaust Tips, you have the ability to fine-tune the location of each component.

hey mate just wondering if you guys have a lot to do with the audi a6 with the 3.0l supercharged v6? wanting to know if there are many problems with them and also if they have performance potential like the b8 a4 does. im all the way over the pond in AUS

Turbo back yes since the cat will on stock tune. Get the IE tune and it should go away. I have everything ordered myself right now actually

this kit will not fit the TDI. we dont have an equivalent version that we make, but if you reach out to sales, we may have other options for you! We also have a universal exhaust program where you can buy all the stainless piping and components to build a custom exhaust of your own

A turbo back comes with a down pipe and cat back uses the stock downpipe

I couldn't honestly hear any audible difference between the turbo back and the cat back. I guess the difference would be in the HP and Torque figures.

The difference for me is the increased sound of the turbo spooling. It's great either which way.
