Luisa is an early childhood teacher who worked in preschools for three years after graduating university. She then established an OOSH service in 2004 and has worked there for over 10 years. In 2013, she opened Laugh and Learn Early Learning Centre and became the director there. She now moves between the two services.
Luisa has a son with sensory challenges which has made her extremely passionate about including children with additional needs in her services. She's very interested in ensuring children's sensory needs are met so that they can fully engage in her service's programs.
