Damn…this was way more darker than I thought it would be. RIP Peter and RIP Mr Zorro. I suspect it’s Robs twin who’s doing the revenge and murders as he blames the LMS and Henry for his family’s troubles and abuse. Also, I liked how we see the past Zorro and how cold and scummy he was. Even towards a grieving family he was horrid to them. Though I wonder why he didn’t help them out further, maybe he didn’t feel entitled to it or it would’ve been bad publicity. Either way, his fate was sealed when the boys mother died…

I think Robert’s father WAS the guard that Henry killed back in season 2. He said his father worked for Mr Zorro. This brings me to the father’s name, Mike, this brings me to the name of the guard who died, Michael Creedy. It only took me about a minute to put 2 and 2 together about this.

@@thaitemple1807 I’ve had a hunch ever since Donald mentioned it in Rescue. There is always that chance that Donald’s guard isn’t Hall’s father, but I now am 99% certain that the guard is his father. Just like how in the minutes before this episode released, I was sure Peter was going to die. I was thinking there was a very slim chance he escaped. Shocking that even Francis, as pompous as he is, can still feel guilt over Peter’s death.

Both of those two became heroes to their hells, Peter surviving war and living with the guilt of his crime, and Zorro surviving 2 world wars and cancer only for a bullet to dictate his fate. Both weren't the best, but by God, nobody could say they didn't try. Rest in peace Mr. Zorro and Peter, hopefully, you'll both be able to have some long-overdue chats with your brothers.

Remember, Robert's brother, Shawn/Sean has been brought into play for a reason. I think it was him that's been doing all this and is now setting up the events of Munitions.

Breath taking episode, did not expect for two characters to die at once. But, I have to put a small detriment on this. There's a minor inconsistencie in that Peter has actually pulled coaches. In Blitz he rushes into Knapford with coaches as well as in the Reshuffle he mentions that he doesn't mind pulling coaches and that it makes a change. Other than that, phenominal episode, top notch story telling Victor.

I'm of the belief that Shawn got send to prison after killing Peter, and that Rob snapped after seeing Mr. Zorro still alive. You see the flashbacks he has to his youth, specifically the events that lead to his mother's suicide, and Mr. Zorro's cold, nonempathetic attitude. It only makes sense that after this, he decided to enact revenge on Mr. Zorro, and then follow it up by causing more havoc as seen at the end of the episode. So, my interpretation is that while Shawn originally killed Geoffrey and Peter, Rob killed Mr. Zorro, and who knows who else with the cliffhanger at the end.

Because the killer is named, his name has a von in it. But Shawn Hall is the ones responsible for the sabotage acts, and he is the one Robert warned Mr. Zorro about. Robert wanted Nigel to be on the look out and to contact the authorities after there is sufficient evidence towards him. Robert didn't say anything because he didn't have concrete evidence. But now, he does. Shawn wanted to get rid of the only person who could get to the bottom of this, which was Mr. Zorro. The Beginning of the episode showed Robert's perspective while the end showed Shawn's perspective.

I have a theory but I think Rob said he had a brother and I think it’s his brother taking revenge for his fathers death and his mother committing suicide by targeting certain people/engines, also I think mr zorro might be actually alive I know it’s impossible but it didn’t say he was deceased exactly but they did say Peter was dead. Poor Peter having metal fatigue is not nice either having that condition but either way something bad is going to happen in the next episode if you didn’t hear the end part there was ticking like a bomb is about to explode more sabotage. I have a theory for next episode. When it was showing the engines when Peter died. The camera hung around particular on Francis. My theory is, next episode is gonna be about Francis turn around and being a better engine and actually making amends with the others. The next theory is that the bomb won’t explode on the train that he set on in the end of the episode. My next theory is that the bomb won’t go off since Donald or Dugless said something comes in threes. Let’s hope it will be the last. I am banking on the fact he is right about that.

Damn was this brutal! I guess the roles have been flipped between mr. Starr and mr. Zoro. I wonder who is next. (I didn’t get to “Experiment” in time to comment so I will here) it’s an interesting choice to have a diesel drive in a steam loco (and unfeasible one in reality). I was expecting oil conversion, a modified firebox, or the Leokimvideo style LPG conversions, but this is a fascinating turn and I wonder how/if it will impact storytelling or be a major plot point. Also, why did you decide to have had Edward be converted. I understand for others, but wouldn’t Edward keep soldiering on until the very end? It’s your series and creative vision though Victor, so I will accept the choice as a creative liberty remembering that your interpretation of Edward is very different from the railway series and others interpretations. Keep up the suspense!

I’m calling it. Remember Micheal Crady? He was killed in the flying kipper incident in season 2, Sabotage was the name of the episode I think. Mr Hall is one of the sons of Micheal Crady. Before he changed his name to Hall, His father, Micheal Crady, was the man who was killed by Henry in the flying kipper. He had to be adopted by uncle whose last name was Hall. The compensation was from the flying kipper. Because Mr. Zorro did not pay in time, his life turned upside down. He wants revenge. Don’t believe me? Remember that Henry was also a target a few episodes ago. This is my theory so take it with a grain of salt.
