Ectopic Pregnancy signs and symptoms | Diagnosis | Nursing lecture

Ectopic Pregnancy is that in which the implantation took place somewhere else outside the normal endometrial cavity.
#Signs_and_Symptoms_of_Ectopic_Preganacy -
Classic triad
1 Amenorrhoea
2 Abdominal pain
3 Vaginal bleeding
Others include-
Check vitals to rule out hypotension, tachycardia, and pallor, the features of shock.
Per abdominal examination -
Bluish discoloration around umbilicus- Cullen's sign
Tense, tender, and rigid abdomen.
Muscle guarding could be present.
Bimanual examination-
- Uterus normal in size
- Cervical motion tenderness
- Boggy felt through the posterolateral fornix
- Adnexal mass palpable
- Vaginal mucosa blanched
#Diagnosis_of_Ectopic_Preganacy -
1. Beta hCG
2. TVS
Others include-
1. Laparotomy
2. Laparoscopy
3. Dilatation and curettage
4. Serum progesterone
5. Culdocentesis

I had left tubal pregnancy. Highest hcg was detected 2436 . I had pain in left side , brown discharge started . When i consulted doctor she did tvs and bhcg . Hcg was 398 . She said that it was tubal pregnancy which miscarried . No medication or surgery advised . Hcg is falling and currently is 33 also adnexal mass size is decreasing . I am having brown discharge currently after having heavy blood discharge for 5 days . Is the treatment going in right direction ?

Ectopic preg operation ke bad kab second preg plan kar sakte hai plz bataiye🙏koi bolta hai after one month, koi bolte hai 3 month, koi bolte after 6 month lekin kitna month ke bad fir preg hona acha hai plz ans??????🙏🙏🙏🙏
