Haak is the real deal. People seem to forget about her because Sweden is not on the top when it comes to international volleyball but she’s so good. I love both Egonu and Boskovic but Haak is my favorite opposite player. Conegliano played so well today, Plummer and Robinson were on fire. Monica was perfect as always, great passes. Lubian and De Kruijf did what they had to. And Wolosz, i love her technique, she so fast.

I love my team 💛💙. Everyone was on fire today, Cook, Plummer , Haak, Asia, Lubian, Robin and Moki. Incredible defences by Cook and Moki, incredible attacks by Cook, Haak and Plummer, incredible blocks and fast attacks by our middles. Asia played a wonderful fast game using every option. Good job girls 💛💙

At this point, it's difficult to decide who among Egonu, Boskovic, Haak are the best (though I daresay it's wonderful for us fans to be able to see them all play in one tournament) But I think it's easier to say that Santarelli is undoubtedly one AMAZING coach. Excellent decision-making and tactical choices all around. Bravo!

Wow what a performance from Conigliano. Wolosz is the master, Haak a weapon, and looks like Plummer and especially Cook had fantastic performances. Conigliano vs Vakifbank looks likely. Should be amazing

the biggest difference so far between this cwc edition and the previous one is not about egonu/haak. it is more about other positions, expecially outside hitters. last year imoco hitters were plummer (still unexperienced), sylla (injured) and courtney (uneffective), and conegliano lost the finals in cwc and in cl. in the previous edition (2019) conegliano had sylla at her best and kim hill, one of the most complete players in that position ever (almost up there with gabi and larson imo). and, with the rest of the team basically the same, they won the cl and the cwc. this year plummer improved a lot in her defensive skills, and cook tonight made her best performance of this season if vakif this year is a bit weaker than the last season it is certainly not because the haak/egonu's swap, but because they lost barsch, and daalderop as replacement is simply not at her level, expecially in defence. so, an hypothetical vakif imoco (or ecza imoco) final will not add anything new in the haak/egonu/boskovic debate: they all will be great, as usual. for the final outcome i think it will be way more insightful the (still hypothetical) clash between plummer/cook and gabi/daalderop.

I like you comment and I would add more: 1) In my opinion Imoco's Setter+Libero are definitely better than Vakifbank's ones 2) In my opinion Imoco's Middle blockers are better than Vakifbank's ones 3) In my opinion Imoco's bench is better than Vakifbank's one, especially the outside hitters and the middle blockers. What's about setter/Libero and Opposite reserves? Who cares as Wolosz, Di Gennaro and Haak are quite reliable.

I thought this was going to be a 5-setter match with a showdown between the opposite queens, Boscovic and Haak, but it seems that Con played so well, Wolosz excellently orchestrated the plays, plays were so quick and well-distributed. Genaro was literally everywhere on top of her best receives. Everyone contributed apparently. Voronkova and Balladin need to step up if they really want to help Boscovic win.

@Evelyn Mijares Efficiency in attack is calculated as (points - errors) / attempts. Egonu's overall efficiency in the two games played is 42.9 % and Haak's efficiency is 42.5 % so very similar. Boskovic is best so far with 50.0 % overall efficiency, although it was worse than Haak's efficiency in today's game (41 % vs. 45 %).

All of them are doing jump serve but Boskov has a lot of error in jump serve, although, for me, her jump serve is the most powerful of all of them. However, I must agree with you now when it comes to efficiency in the attack, she’s very efficient and lethal. Don’t get me wrong, Boskov is the boss in Volleyball and I love her. I like to see her with Gabi in one team.

Haak vuruyor defans yok blok yok Boskovic 100-110la vuruyor defans var. İşte bu maçta fark buydu. Bir takım blok ve defans yapmazsa o maçı kazanma ihtimali 0. Hala benim için en iyisi Boskovic kimse de fikrimi değiştiremez. Ama Haak bu maç cidden iyiydi. Akbas decided to play with Elif Sahin as starter in turkish league because there is a rule of only 3 foreign players in team(Boskovic, Voronkova and Sineid Jack Kisal, still not a turkish player) and that's the main reason.

Bel match, anche se Ecz avrebbe dovuto osare di più con heyrman e ognjenivic. Delle pantere mi sono piaciute molto le bande, Plummer continua una buona stagione e Robinson per me non è una novità. Sorge spontaneo parlare degli opposti: è questione di preferenza personale, perché le tre solite super opp, sono sempre efficaci, ognuna con i suoi colpi. Conegliano vince perché è stata migliore in tutti i fondamentali, poche storie, le turche non proprio. Eczacibasi с приходом Воронковой перешли на более высокий уровень. Но обыграть Конельяно им не по плечу. Конельяно, с приходом Хаак, заиграли более ярко, чем при Эгону и, самый трудный и интересный со всех сторон будет матч с Вакыфбанк, куда перешла Эгону. Мне вообще непонятно зачем Вакыфбанк обменял Хаак на Эгону. И, если прошлый Кубок достался Вакыфбанк (главная заслуга Хаак и Габи), то сейчас я поставлю 60 на 40, что Кубок возьмет Конельяно.

Isabele Haak is at a much higher level than Boskovic. The difference in quality is huge. It cannot be compared. Isabelle is an incomparably better player!!!

Boskovic is better. Haak is great too, but she has Wolosz as setter and a great team over all.
