Since we moved to a mining town with high lead levels in the soil, my 18 month old has broken out in severe eczema. I’ve tried so much to fix it but getting nowhere. I feel like my only option is to move again.

It could be a lead issue, but there are so many other factors that could be driving the problem under the surface that you havne't yet explored (including nutrient deficiencies, gut microbiome problems, mold, etc.). I'd explore other options before assuming that the soil is the problem. I assume you've tested your water for lead and started using a water filter to remove it. But I wouldn't just blame lead... I'm not saying it's not the problem, but it could be other issues that just didn't for whatever reason reveal themselves until the move. I have so many different episodes about these various root causes on the show. Please watch them as they will help you! I hope you get it figured out!

I’ve asked a few drs now. They don’t think staph aureus has anything to do with eczema
@jenfugo2 ай бұрын
Um... really? It's well-recognized that severity of eczema tends to correlate to an increase of staph aureus on the skin. I've had a number of extremely well-respected derms on the show who have confirmed this. I don't personally think that eczema is caused by staph aureus, but it certainly can be exacerbated by it and it's also very possible to have a staph aureus infection that requires treatment.

Yes but drs just don’t believe it. So won’t treat you. Anyway I’ll see why my naturopath says next week. Thanks Jen

Have you heard of BPC 157? Does Peptides help with TSW recovery?
@jenfugo2 ай бұрын
Yes, I'm familiar with peptides like BPC 157. Unfortunately there's no research on it and TSW at this point in time, and I haven't seen any TSW cases where it was attempted so I don't have any clinical experience to say whether it works or not.

The last thing the institutional medical community wants us to know is that additives to products that they promote for good health are causing all of our allergies.
@jenfugo2 ай бұрын
It's way bigger than just additives and ingredients in products. Respectfully even that is a very limited view of the many issues that can be driving things like eczema and psoriasis.
