I totally understand what it is like to have heart surgery too. I have a pacemaker, that was implanted in my chest since I was 3. I have to have check ups with a cardiologist and I do have to have pacemaker surgery when the battery is running low.

Really? Open heart surgery is very serious. You have to go on bypass. Bypass is a machine that pumps and oxygenates your blood so your body can continue to survive the surgery. During bypass, you're clinically dead. The body is cooled down and your heart is stopped. Educate yourself.

Also, most surgeries are to maintain a defect or try to get more bloodflow so the patient is less cyanotic. There is no "fix".
