I feel like this whole thing is just broken...the audience...the mic...his timing...his soul...and as I don't expect a whole lot of agreement, I would say that I'm a fan, I've seen them twice and I think he's great - but the tension in the room would make anyone clam up a bit. theres definitely a weakness in his rhythm when it comes to playing while singing. especially during that chorus...listen back...go ahead. Hes slowing down...then lurching forward almost.... its a drag, he's gotta fix that shit or listen to a click or something

Ya, he's a singer/guitarist, not a singer and guitarist so it happens. Sometimes you might just get caught up in the moment too. I don't remember seeing him play guitar the last time I saw him live.
