UPDATE: Cleveland Police Chief, Calvin Williams, announced that assault charges were filed Friday against CPD Officer Edwin Powell. Officer Powell was also charged with Menacing and Interfering with Civil Rights. The charges filed resulted from an Internal Affairs investigation into allegations of misconduct by Officer Powell while he was working secondary employment. The results of the investigation then were presented to the City of Cleveland's Municipal Prosecutors Office. Powell received a summons and is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday, March 11 at 8:30 a.m. Powell will be placed on administrative duties pending a disciplinary hearing in front of Director of Public Safety Michael McGrath.

@Mayor Turner it might not be his doing, not sure but I do remember that an explanation was given to me how creators add their own ads and choose how many ads run and at what point in the video. Like some channels I may watch a video and there is like one ad every 15 min and another channel may have 3 or 4 ads in that time. Maybe I am wrong and wear egg on my face for this comment but I have thought for a while how the creator himself decides how many and when.

A lot has to do with your location, if there are lots of ads they have that apply to your location, you are going to get more, and there isn't anything we can do about that. Then, of course, Google (youtube) is always tracking everything you do looking for opportunities to try to sell you something if there are things in your browsers history or even the youtube visions you watch that they can flag and tie to an advertiser, you will probably get more ads. If youtube has lawn mower makers looking to buy ads and you make the mistake of searching anything to do with your law, yard, or landscaping, you are probably going to get those ads. They aren't exactly up front about it, but your Google is using your phone to spy on you. It's happened to me several times, when I will not search for or look up anything related to a something, but I talk to someone about it, then I start getting ads. You might have recently looked up anything related to a cruise but if you mention to someone at work that you are thinking about taking a cruise, watch, you will start getting ads from cruise lines.
