I like that i can hear two different perspectives about love. I think Ed sounds like a young man singing about what he envisions his future will be with the one he loves and it's more blissful. Beyonce is approaching this in a more mature way like a grown woman reflecting on the love that has given her so much and it's more retrospective. I enjoy contrast.

I can understand why people are feeling that Beyonce's powerful voice may be over powering Ed's but I think that was the intention.. We've all heard Sheeran do amazing things with his music and voice, maybe here he wanted to showcase the intense feelings that a woman feels and exhibit that with her voice ( I don't know of this makes sense🙈).. The overlying parts were pretty great and I think their voices complimented each other.. Do I like it better than the original?? Maybe no. But that doesn't mean it isn't a darn good song❤❤ Love Ed..
