Kevin Paul, the celebrity tattooist who inks Ed Sheeran, is calling for home tattoo kits to be banned, saying half his time is now spent having to fix bad jobs done by non-professionals. However, Gemma Rawnsley, who says her and her husband have tattooed each other at home, thinks a ban would be too drastic a move. Both join Good Morning Britain to debate the matter.
