If homelessness in the UK is anything like it is in the US its very hard to help them. My dad pastors to the homeless in my community and while some are dying for a hand to reach out to others them don't want change. There are also many who use all the help that's given and take advantage of kind hearts. However, it's always worth it when those few who desperately wanted it and needed change get it. People who do this realize the consequences. You say this like tenure going around killing their child for fun. No. No that's not how it works. All these people do it for reasons. Whether it be that they can't support the child or don't want the child to be raised in misery why bring a child into this world if you know they'll only suffer. Some people also do it for their health such as cancer patients who are forced to choose between maybe saving their own lives or their child's and putting their child in a world where they will grow up without one parent. This isn't something these people take as a joke they have their reasons and those reasons are probably very valid and they must be very concerned if they're willing to put themselves through the physical and emotional pain of losing their child for the child's own good.
