Well, I made this video out of my boredom for 1 night, and I'm proud how it turned out. I'm still having difficulties on Capcut though, but it gets the job done.
Note that some parts are not perfectly cutted or synced, so expect some mistakes throughout the video.

Man I loved this show so much I actively wrote them a letter as a kid, and cartoon network wrote me a letter back. The Ed's and the cul-de-sac always will have a special place in my heart, this makes me happy on a really personal level just seeing the Ed's happy

@@sunbeames1847 I wrote a letter asking that since double D is so smart why not try making their own jawbreakers with all the gadgets they made over the shows length. They wrote back saying that's its a great idea and how the whole cul-de-sac was excited by the idea of the project of making their own jawbreakers

I like to imagine it's a lost EEnE episode where Eddy signs himself and the other Eds up for the School Talent Show where they'd lipsync some awesome song. They then recruit Rolf to join as the drummer because something something "He who makes the loudest noise is considered high stature". However, they're doing all this cool boyband costume stuff, but the Kankers overhead Eddy's plan so they unplug the machine and make off with their costumes leaving just The Eds and Rolf on stage with no idea what to do. Then Ed pulls a CD out of his pants with his favorite song (A running joke throughout the episode that Double and Eddy disregard because they think it's just some nonsense monster song). Ed puts in an instrumental of the song to use as a backing track. Double D, Eddy, and Rolf are about to leave in shame. However, Ed suddenly begins singing and it's revealed not only does he have amazing taste in music, he's also an incredible singer. Double D, Eddy, and Rolf look at each other as everyone is in amazement with Ed, the three all scramble back on stage to provide the back-ups and drums. They all get a standing ovation when the song is over, but are disqualified for not doing what their advertised talent. Kevin and his Harlem Globetrotters rip-off act wins, Kevin is incredibly cocky, but he actually shakes their hands and says for one night, they weren't dorks. Then Eddy gets greedy and thinks they could go on the road as a cover band, Rolf says now that he's played the drums, he's already proven himself. Double D talks about how impossible it would be for them to find success at their age and as a cover band and leaves. Eddy says all he needs is Ed's voice. Then Ed reveals he can only sing that one song, but he wants to try all sorts of other ones. He ties Eddy to a chair and sings other songs....extremely poorly.

The great thing about this is is that you don't need an AI cover to make it sound like Ed singing. Also, Ed accidentally facing away from the camera is so in character.

I like to imagine this as the end of a movie featuring a talent show, and throughout the whole movie Ed is trying to get Eddy and Double D to go with his talent but they won't even hear him out. Finally he gets fed up and goes on stage by himself and starts belting out this awesomeness. Eddy and Double D realize that Ed's got talent so they join as his backup singers, and they go on to win the competition and a lifetime supply of jawbreakers and/or the love of the Kanker Sisters.
