for green eyeshadow, or any ROYGBIV shades, i reccommend using a white eyeshadow base / primer so the color isn't clashing with the natural tone of your skin under it! can confirm from my own testing that it makes a world of a difference :D ps. your eyeshadow doesnt look bad, it's just not on the right color base to succeed!

I use concealer for any color so it's pigmented enough, my skin tone is like Eda's.

The skin picking thing is an actual common mental disorder called Dermatilamania! I’ve been diagnosed with it and something my therapist recommended to me that has helped is making my hands busy by using things like fidget toys. Thank you for talking about it, it’s makes people feel less alone 🫶🏼

loved the video and that you found your family that was so wholesome 🧡 also i don’t think the eyeshadow looked bad at all but i remember when i started eyeshadow i didn’t like the look when it was too close to the eyebrow, i was following makeup tutorials but it kinda depends on your eye shape, so now i blend it more to the outer corner of my eye and slightly outwards to elongate the eye if that makes sense, and i usually just put lighter shades on the inner half of my eye, it’s just what works for me but maybe will help you! xx

You should try the Bobbi Brown face base that primer is like a 2 in 1 moisturizer and primer but I’m telling you ever since I used that one I will never use another primer again my makeup looks so airbrushed after using that girl!!

I can relate to the complicated siblings situation... I have 5 siblings. I only share the same parents with 2 of them. My oldest brother has a different dad who we've never met. When my sister turned 18, we discovered that she actually has a different dad. And my older sister has a different mom. I just tell everyone I have 5 siblings and move on because it's all too much to explain! Love your ramble videos!

So with the eyeshadow, you could go a couple different directions. For me, adding the same color underneath the eye as well, makes it look more cohesive. Using your finger to apply it will make it more vibrant, and then paired with a graphic liner will make it a bolder look. And then adding a couple different shades to darken the shadows and brighten the highlights like you did with the gold helps. But I don’t think you messed it up! Makeups very subjective, my main motto is just keep messing with it til you like it

My family is an absolute quilt. My grandmother had one child with one man, three with another, then married a man with children two from one wife one from another. Then it turns out my grandmas second husband had a secret family and had two other children. Then my mom had me with one man, my brother with another, adopted one brother with another man. My dad had children with different people, the second man my mom married is now married with three more kids, and the man she’s currently married to has one child from another wife. I married a man who had a child from his first wife and we have two children together. It’s crazy lol
