Of course, the amount of salt and sugar can be changed, depending on the selected ingredients, but I advise you to follow the rest in order to get airy cakes that do not quickly become stale after cooling and remain soft for a long time (this is the most important thing!). We are preparing pies with potatoes and mushrooms today (we just collected a lot of butter), in the absence of mushrooms, you can make pies with potatoes only or replace forest mushrooms with champignons. fresh yeast (dry) - 20 g (6-7 g) = 1 tbsp. (2 tsp)
salt - 10 g = 1 tsp riding
egg yolk - 36 g = 2 pcs.
butter - 70 g = 5 tbsp.
flour - 600 (+/-) g \u003d 4 cups * + 4 tbsp.
vegetable oil.
✅ Stuffing for pies:
potatoes - 600 g = 3-4 potatoes
milk - 40 ml = 3 tbsp.
butter - 40 g = 2 tbsp.
onion - 250 g = 2 pcs.
mushrooms - 350 g = 2 cups *
vegetable oil - 30 ml = 2 tbsp.
salt, pepper - to taste
✅For lubrication:
egg yolk - 18 g = 1 pc.
sour cream - 5 g = 1 tsp
