Yes Dr, very good question. You can put a repeat function as well as use the grouping function with Kobotoolbox. All you need to do is to go to the settings of the particular variable and put in the desired logic. God willing, I will be releasing an advanced form building/design with Kobotoolbox soon. Good morning sir. I tried to create an online questionnaire using the guide above but I was unable to deploy. It was displaying an error message that "your form cannot be deployed because it contains errors: Parameters must include randomize=true to use a seed" How do I over come this problem? Thank you sir

Sorry about that sir Mashak. Which of the platforms are you using? Are you trying to upload an xls form?

@@mashakgusen4992 its not supposed to give you that error, that error only comes up when you try to upload an xls form. You need to do a little troubleshooting. Check each of the questions one by one, you probably have an issue with the settings of one question. So what you do is simple. Just create a clone of your current project and start working on the clone, you can delete entire questions and test it and put it up again just to see where the error is. But the form building process is usually error-free i am really surprised as many people have been able to do it successfully from all over the world just by watching my videos. Let me know if you still having the problem, we may have to do a 10 mins Skype call for me to help you clear the problem 😊

@@PublicHealthResources Thank you so much for helping with this suggestions sir. I deleted and started afresh. I think the error arose from a faulty entry in the 'Data column name' under settings. I noticed my entry started with an underscore before the main entry so I removed the underscore leaving the entry and it worked. Thank you sir. I will appreciate a Skype call to describe better and clarify some doubts too sir.
