There’s a serious, yet casual, unaffected nature about Edd’s approach to doing what he does - and it’s refreshing to see... His ability to laugh at himself certainly wins me over, as well - and when one path leads to a dead end, he’s always got another ready to explore... Never a dull moment here, and so much fun to be able to come along for the ride... 👍🏻

Love to watch your videos. I am sure you are still making adjustments to your show. One comment: I wish a longer part of the video be spent on the repair itself, less on the different subjects. You seem to be making 2 types of videos within 1. It must take an awfully long process to accomplish this. And at this pace, it might take a very very long while for the LR to hit the road. Still, really looking forward to next Friday.

For me that began with a Haynes manual, a cheap socket set from Halfords + a feeler gauge ... a timing strobe .. then new brake pads and shoes ... oil filter air filter .... engine crane .... Borg and Beck clutch .... (you know how it went)

Top tip Edd. If you use a power probe that has the built in digital voltmeter, you can easily confirm whether the pump was seized before removing the tank by first checking the open circuit voltage (i.e the voltage displayed before you connect the probe to the pump) and then note the voltage drop when powering the pump up. As your pump was seized, the voltage reading on the probe will drop considerably due to the high current draw of the seized pump motor. Great videos though and good to see you back.

Your friend there should get a proper bill for all the trouble he's making you go thru.

He should have washed the damn thing too before giving it to Edd.

"All the trouble" is what makes for video content that people actually want to watch, and that's what makes money for Edd.

This is so relaxing. I'm home with my Covid ill father. This is the third week, the pneumonia is subsiding but he is still very weak. Not been at work for 5 weeks. Tired and depressed. Edd thank you.

Finally a show worth watching, great work Edd, and good seeing you back doing what you do best (especially without that annoying Flump).

It's refreshing to hear and see a mechanic explaining the process of diagnosing a problem and the tricks and hints he utilizes to accomplish his mission.

You're trying to do too many things at once, too many hats to wear. A gradual build up of the series would be much more entertaining and interesting. All the best with the series.
