Ed, you are a very good teacher! Even tho the Fantom G8 is discontinued, you should make a complete Course Tutorial about everything you've learned and mastered on this wonderful machine.

Oh I'm grateful you're talking about the Fantom G. I just bought this workstation to practice piano on and to learn about recording and sampling. I know it's pretty outdated, but it's also the only workstation i could find that did everything it does. I so look forward learning about music orchestration. Later on down the line I'll probably get a JD-XA, DeepMind 12, or Matrixbrute. I'm into Floyd Alan Parsons, soundscapes etc. Peace.

Awesome video, I've had my Fantom G7 since 2008 and LOVE it and will NEVER let it go. There is still so much I need to learn about it as I only used it at l church and then I left it and now just play it at home.

Thx Ed...great your still doing Fantom vids (or is this an old unreleased one) i have both G6 and X7...still prefer my X over the G though...especially the X sequencer...any chance of you doing some X vids??. There arent very many compared to the G. Cant ever see me getting rid of my Fantoms...the current FA just arent cutting it compared to X/G

Hey Ed, i bought a stick of ram specifically for the fantom g but it did work. When the stick is installed it just doesn't boot. Can you please recommend me a specific ram stick for me to install in the G ? Thank you !! :D
