do the sleeves still "bloom" like the other Hight route items you've reviewed in the past? I hate how the sleeves taper in, its not comfortable

No, the fit is different. A little snugger (tighter) and more form fitting and definitely a thicker material.

The sleeves are roomy, but tapered. The other High Route bloomed much more with stretchier and thinner fabric. The other High Route top was an obvious mid layer, whereas this top definitely feels like a top layer.
