I wish they would make a sitcom with the theme of them all involved in strong man events but where they each believes they will make a comeback if only in their own minds and they have these challenges and banter between each other! brian has the biggest hands which definelty helps here, the bigger your hand the more surface area you have in contact with the weight and that means the psi you have to exert to successfully lift the weight is spread out more over the larger hand meaning the force you exert is used more effectively so you can exert more grip than a person with a smaller hand while expending less energy or needing as much strength, it is also easier on the hands
