@@beastboy6125 back in my mid 20’s yes ! Back then I was a power lifter to. Back then I didn’t have access to information like now I figured shit out through trial and error. My last three years of powerlifting I figured out recovery was just as important as the actual work out. I quickly became the strongest in my gym after that revelation.
