The difference is most times the fighter (Connor Benn, Big Baby Miller, Amir Khan, Canelo, Tyson Fury etc, etc) who have been caught with PEDs in their system, BUT are caught BEFORE the fight takes place and BEFORE they can seriously hurt anyone. In such cases a 2 to 3 year ban MIGHT be sufficient. Bro, bottom line Devin Haney lacked the skills to beat Ryan Garcia. I had many of fights with dudes 10-50 pounds over my weight, steroid juice heads as well, and they all got knocked out no matter what. Why??? Simply because they lacked skills. Personally I took Ostarin for a 12 week cycle years ago, and I felt nothing and gained nothing. Total waste of time and money. Would be better off drinking a cup of coffee before a fight. Now Ryan has millions, and a nutrition and training team second to none, do you actually think his team is going to give him Ostarin, a nothing drug, or would they get him the real deal stuff. Think about it. Ain't no athlete going to go out of there way to obtain a BS Sarm drug such as Ostarin.
