There can’t be a back dated ban as he took it upon himself to have two fights. The ban will serve from the day it is issued

100%. Whole point of a backdated ban is you don't fight in the time being & it's down as time served whilst also encouraging you to fully partake in the process from the very start. Amir Khan got 4 years for 1x failed test with strong favourable evidence backing him, down to 2 years due to full cooperation. Benn failed 2x tests, refused to cooperate from the start & fought twice...that's easy 4-6 years based off that logic. BBOC gave a south African fighter 4 year ban only last year for 1 failed test. We are watching.

Boxing will never be clean because too much money is lining pockets. PEDS isn't just cheating its trying to seriously damage your opponent. How the punishments are not more severe is beyond me. Pogba (a footballer) got a 4 year ban for PEDS. How does that make sense?

Eubank is coming to the end of his career and hasn't really been in any real big meaningful fights, or won any real meaningful fights for that matter and never became a world champion.
