People are overrating Dubois, he was losing against Hrgovic and eating more right hands than you'd normally see a fighter take in 5 fights. Hrgovic gassed out chasing the KO because Dubois was so easy to hit, and he probably felt forced to chase the KO because his face was getting fucked up from all of the headbutts

I like Eddie alot but if they don't take the Dubios fight next then it's a massive swerve....they've been going on about Joshua's main priority being 3 time world champion so fighting Dubois is the quickest way to that. Even if the full title isn't on the line for the Dubios fight he gets elevated once Usyk is stripped....if of course he beats Dubois. So if they don't take it then they don't fancy it for some reason.

ibf stated before usyk fury that the winner will either have to fight there mandatoy or relinquish the belt if the rematch happens the belt gets dropped which leads to aj v dubois for the vacant belt so no theres no ducking going on just a matter of circumstance on wether the ibf allow the rematch to be for there belt or fury/usyk decide to vacate for the rematch has that cleared up the scenario for you
