That's so true about the water! I startd new job on the bins with the local council..hgv driver and all I did was drink water 3 plus bottles a day ..no milk or coffee and I lost 2 stone ..all right I was 19 5 ..now I'm 17 5 ....I thought something was wrong with me but no it was the water ! ❤

Look it is very very simple ! These fighters are always banging on about having the best doctors best nutritionists best of food and the type of medical care that the ordinary working man can only dream of so to fail drug tests especially at this level is inexcusable ! There is no reason whatsoever that any type of banned substance should be found in any of these fighters system. Considering the amount of cash these people will be making from fighters they obviously aren't doing the job they are paid to do !! End of the day it falls on the fighter to be 100% certain that what they are given to eat/drink etc is perfectly safe no excuses ! But McHens solicitors are on speed dial for anyone failing a test !
