As an American, I particularly love this one because of the send-up about guns, the World Series, and “You do know there are other countries, don’t you?” Of course, I love so much about it. But to go into NY and be able to have at us like that and everybody not only laughs their asses off, but knows it’s true! 😂 Oh, yeah, and I remember our absolutely failed attempt to get the metric system! It was certainly practical of President Carter to have us try, but we simply couldn’t do it! I’m now nearly 71 and I still can’t! 😂

Totaly agree. America was 3 years late joining the war, then claimed they won it for us. Bollox to that! They didnt go thru the hardship my and your grandparents went thru. Yanks didnt have rationing, The constant bombing, Threat of Invasion etc. All they brought were nylons chocky and money and fucked British soldiers wives, girlfriends while our guys were fighting. One good thing tho. When usa joined the was, the germans cut down on shooting Brish soldiers and started shooting yanks. Canon fodder. So they had a use!
