I like his practical response when comes to how the artist feels about the mix. They either gonna like it or not, move on. As a producer have a hard time with this when me and a artist agree on a mixer. It’s hard not to have edits on a rough you heard 1000 times before sending for mixing 😂

it’s probably more common than you think. especially at that level/budget. we all have different ears and different tastes, thousands of ways to do it and there is no singular “right” way. :)
