Timeless!! Eddie Money is one of the best performers i've seen live. When I was in the Navy he did a concert on base and didn't charge for tickets. What a class act!

Hearing this for the first time. I was a bit young when he was in his prime but I appreciated him later. Eddie was awesome and always seemed to connect so well to the audience. I am sure he has all the angels rocking up in heaven now and laughing at his jokes 😉. RIP Money$ Man.

In the 1980's Eddie Money caused a lot of speeding tickets while people were rockin' out and driving to his music. Thanks Eddie, the memory was worth every cent!

OH I just gotta say.... THIS VIDEO IS GREAT. Turn it up and play it on full screen. If it dont get your goosebumps up you ain't hearing it. Ed sounds sooooooo good here. After hearing this one you got to admit THE MAN IS TALENTED. He may be a little old but theres a reason he is still here. Got the rock and roll in his soul for sure.

Saw him the for the first time late in life, about 16 years ago on New Year's Eve in OC. That's when I realized hat an incredibly talented performer he is along with his band. He's also a wonderful family man, still married to the same gal with 5 kids together. Eddie rocks. Hope to see him in Scottsdale this November.

I used to sit in with Eddie back in the 70's down at Ruthie's Inn in Berkeley, Ca. His original guitar player, Johnny Guiterrez..aka Johnny Gunn was a friend of mine....He should be in the HOF!!!!! Bassman.....

This live version is AMAZING! What a groove and Eddie cannot resist the energy in the middle. Music is spiritual at its core.

Summer of 1979. I was all of 15. Out every night until 10 or later, hanging with my friends, doing stuff teens in the late '70s did... Great memories of this song....

I met Eddie & Mark Lindsay @ Mark's Rock n Roll Cafe. Both very approachable. I also got some great pics with both. I brought to their attention they should perform together & do a dual Saxaphone solo.

Schwartzzie: Grow up(LOL), let them rock how they want. I'll never forget this story I heard from a spring break show back in the day. dude says everyone was filing out and heading to thee next thing after an EM show but he hadn't heard his favorite tune in the set. So he asks EM why he didn't play it and EM stops the breakdown of equipment, calls the band back out and plays the song, kick-ass style, for the guy and his girl. alone in the seats, like he was playing to 10k people.Class.

yah, I recently saw him in 9/2009 and he's out of touch with his audience, it's amazing he's still gigging.. as he seemed really out of it. Nothing that I expected. His band played well, he needs a vacation

No he's not an asshole at all. I will say that sometimes celebs that try to raise money for good causes tend to go a little overboard and they forget that a lot of us who go to the shows don't have the money we'd like to have to donate to worthy organizations.
@Corbascio11 жыл бұрын
I don't think that most people know that Eddie Money used to be a cop.
